6.When will my order ship?
It normally takes 1 to 2 business days to process and 12 hours or 24 hours to supply the tracking number. The shipping time usually takes 7 days to arrive, but will be highly depended on the courier company and customs work/duties.

7.What size should I order if I am in between sizes?
If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example:If you wear a size 8½ you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first,but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.

12..Can I wear the Ugg sheepskin boots hiking ?
Once again, sheepskin is a soft leather. Hiking through rough terrain increases the risk of twigs, branches, sharp rocks, etc. catching the soft leather and potentially tearing it. Regardless of the type of sole on them, the soft leather can still be torn if enough force is applied. It's up to you to decide if this is an appropriate risk to take. Retailers who tell you that sheepskin footwear (with no special additional covering) can be worn hiking are not explaining the full risk.
